Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your participation in The Hookah Lab Ambassador Program (the "Program"), operated by The Hookah Lab, LLC, St. Petersburg, Florida ("The Hookah Lab", "we", "us"). The Program's tracking and dashboard are provided by GoAffPro. By creating an ambassador account you agree to these terms.

1. Who can join

• You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of the United States.
• We review accounts and may decline or close any account at our discretion, including accounts whose content targets people under 21.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts are closed and their commissions forfeited.

2. How you earn

• You earn 10% commission on qualifying orders placed through your referral link or your personal coupon code.
• A qualifying order is the first order of a new customer to thehookahlab.com, placed within 24 hours of their last click on your link, or placed with your coupon code.
• Commission is calculated on the product subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes and gift cards.
• Your personal coupon code gives your audience 10% off their first order (one use per customer).
• No commission is earned on: your own orders or orders for your household; orders by other ambassadors; cancelled, refunded, returned or charged-back orders; orders flagged as fraudulent; orders placed in violation of these terms.
• If an order is refunded or charged back after commission was paid, we may deduct that commission from future payouts.

3. Payouts

• Commissions are paid via PayPal to the PayPal email in your dashboard. Keep it up to date — we are not responsible for payments sent to an outdated address.
• Commission is paid only on approved orders; orders still within our return window may be approved later.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. US ambassadors may be asked for a W-9 and receive a Form 1099 as required by IRS rules; we may hold payouts until requested tax information is provided.

4. How you may promote

You may share your link and code on your own website, blog, social media, YouTube, newsletters and in person. You may not:

• target or appeal to anyone under 21, or post on platforms or accounts aimed at minors;
• make health or safety claims — for example that hookah, shisha, vapes or any product is "safe", "safer than cigarettes", "healthy", "harmless" or "toxin-free", or that it helps quit smoking;
• describe any nicotine product as nicotine-free unless its product page says so;
• post your code on coupon, deal or cashback sites, or share it in public coupon groups;
• bid on "The Hookah Lab", "Hookah Lab", "thehookahlab" or similar terms in paid search ads, or use them in domain names, usernames or page names;
• use spam, purchased lists, cookie stuffing, pop-ups, forced clicks or any misleading or deceptive practice;
• impersonate The Hookah Lab, offer support on our behalf, or make promises about prices, stock, shipping or discounts other than your own code;
• sell, ship or resell our products yourself, or promote illegal activity of any kind.

5. Disclosure

US law (FTC Endorsement Guides) requires you to clearly disclose your relationship with us wherever you share your link or code — for example "#ad", "#sponsored" or "I earn a commission from The Hookah Lab". The disclosure must be easy to see, not hidden in a list of hashtags or behind "more".

6. Platform rules

Many social platforms restrict tobacco and vape content. You are responsible for following the rules of every platform you use and all federal, state and local laws on tobacco and nicotine advertising.

7. Our brand and content

We grant you a limited, revocable license to use our name, logo and product images from your dashboard solely to promote the Program. Do not alter our logo or create content that implies we endorse anything other than our products.

8. Ending participation

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account at any time; if we close it for a breach of these terms, unpaid commissions are forfeited. Otherwise, valid commissions earned before closing are paid on the normal schedule.

9. Changes

We may change commission rates or these terms. We'll post the update here and, for material changes, email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing in the Program after that date means you accept the changes.

10. Liability and law

The Program is provided "as is". Our total liability to you is limited to the commissions owed to you in the 12 months before a claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida; disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner of The Hookah Lab.
