Ambassador Program Privacy Policy

This policy explains how The Hookah Lab, LLC handles the personal information of ambassadors. Our store's general privacy policy is at thehookahlab.com/policies/privacy-policy.

What we collect: your name, email, password (stored by GoAffPro, never visible to us), social profiles and website you give us, PayPal email and tax details for payouts, and data about clicks and orders made through your link or code.

What we collect about your referrals: when someone clicks your link, a cookie records the referral for 24 hours. We see the order and its value; you see the order date, value and your commission — never the customer's name, email or address.

How we use it: to run your account, attribute sales, pay commissions, meet tax obligations, prevent fraud, and send you Program emails (new sales, payouts, updates). You can turn off non-essential emails in your dashboard.

Who we share it with: GoAffPro (our program platform), PayPal (payouts), our tax and accounting providers, and authorities when the law requires. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it: while your account is open, then up to 7 years for payout and tax records.

Your choices: you can update your details in the dashboard, or ask us to access, correct or delete your data at support@thehookahlab.com. Residents of some US states have additional rights under state law; we honor those requests.
