Icon Pomp Hookah Set

I ordered a hookah from this website as a gift for myself and chose priority shipping. They promised delivery by August 1st, but now, over two weeks later, I still have nohookah, no tracking number, and no information about whether it even shipped. Customer support doesn’t respond. So overall, this has been a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here to anyone, because you might never see your order. I’m extremely disappointed that I ever ordered from this site.

I placed an order on July 29th, but my package never arrived. I’ve been trying to contact the store to get a refund or have the item reshipped, but I haven't received a response. The postal service stated that the shipment does not exist. I believe this is a scam!

I've been using this Icon Pomp Hookah for about two weeks and love it! This is a big upgrade from the super cheap ones we would use in college. The bundle has everything you need to get started. My one complaint is I wish there were instructions included on how to assemble it but the packaging/box is super nice. The quality is great and as long as you clean it regularly I think it will last a very long time! Great for personal usage or with a couple friends!

For the price you really can't ask for more. Comes nicely packaged, everything fits together snug, great draw. The tray is a bit small, but manageable, but everything cleans up easily and the blow-off is a fun touch.
The hose had a strong smell when it arrived, but I boiled it and it went away quick.
